项目介绍

耐磨试验机以专用的纸带作为摩擦介质，以固定的荷重作用于摩擦头，摩擦头透过固定直径的滚轮及定速马达驱动回转的纸带将力持续施于试样表面，直到见到表面底材或者达到特定的磨损程度，通过计数器显示的马达回转次数来评价试样耐摩性能。

应用范围

纸带耐磨试验机适用于各种表面涂装（电镀、烤漆、丝印等）试品之耐磨擦试验，卷动未涂油之纸或胶带与试样磨擦后于一定之加转数下判别其磨耗之效果。
