PFOS(Perfluorooctane sulfonates) 全氟辛烷磺酸，是全氟辛烷磺酰基化合物的简称，属高氟化合物。

PFOA (Pertluorooctanoic acid) 全氟辛酸及盐类，又称C8，是一种人工合成的而非天然的工业原料。PFOA这个缩写并不仅指全氟辛酸，还包括它的盐类，其中应用最广和最受关注的就是它的铵盐-全氟辛酸铵(Ammonium perfluorooctanoate)。
